Karita has over 27 years of experience providing therapy.

She started her counseling and hypnotherapy career helping prisoners, asylum seekers, refugees, traumatized orphans, families and people facing crises (alcoholism, depression, homelessness, money issues, etc).

With a focus on hypnotherapy for the last 13 years due to its faster results, Karita has built a true expertise in helping people unlearn bad habits, remove limiting beliefs and learn new and good thought processes.

Karita can help with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Financial Stress, Fears, Anger, Frustration, Insomnia, Lack of Self-Confidence, Loneliness, Emptiness, Relationships, Special Needs (ADHD, ADD etc.), Self limiting Beliefs (Insecurity etc.) and much more. She further has extensive experience in medical conditions, chronical illnesses and relevant medication.

A mother herself, Karita helps clients as young as 7-year old. Teenagers are very receptive to Hypnotherapy and can benefit from it across Exam Anxiety to Personal Well-Being (sleep, weight, self-confidence…).

Karita is also a Quantum Touch Practitioner (QTP).

Karita has experience working with clients from all around the world. Consultations can be conducted in English or Finnish.
